4.1 Lot Purchase Request - JS Industries

That Council accept JS Industries Inc.'s conditional offer of $40,000.00 for Lots 13 &14, Block 27, Plan AF2555 with a possession date of June 1, 2021, on the condition that the Phase 1 Environmental Study indicates that there are no environmental issues with the said property.

14.  NEW BUSINESS


14.1 Proposed Subdivision - 11th Street

That Council approve the proposed subdivision of Lot 1, Block 58, Plan 76PA01123 as shown on a plan of proposed subdivision by Saskatchewan Land Surveyor, J.C. Lehmkuhl, and dated April 22, 2021 as it complies with Section 6.1 – R1 – Low Density Residential District of the Town’s Zoning Bylaw 2008-08, and that Council agree that the proposed subdivision is exempt from providing municipal reserve land since it involves land previously subject to the requirement, and that a letter be sent to the owner advising of the required service lines for water and sewer services to the property and the costs associated with those lines.

14.2 Bylaw Enforcement Agreement - Town of Hague

That the Town enter into a service agreement with the Town of Hague to provide bylaw enforcement services on a contract basis.

14.3 Lot Consolidation - Town

That Council approve the consolidation of surface and mineral titles of Lots 13 & 14, Block 27, Plan AF25555 in order to facilitate the construction of a commercial shop.

14.4 Lot Consolidation - Valley Sports & Hardware

That Council approve the consolidation of surface and mineral titles of Lots 1 & 2, Block 6, Plan D1000; Lot 21, Block 6, Plan 101692795 and Lot 22, Block 6, Plan 101692807, in order for the owner to be in compliance with the National Building Coode when two buildings are connected.

14.8 Lot Purchase Request - My-T Bobcatting

That Lot 21, Block 27, Plan AF2555 be sold to My-T Bobcatting Ltd. for $6,000.00 with the agreement that the purchaser be responsible for bringing fill onto the lot to bring it to proper grade and the understanding that a development levy will apply in the future when water and sewer mains are constructed and a service line is connected to the property.

14.9 Hire Twin Rivers Administrator

That the Town of Rosthern agree to host the Twin Rivers Administrator position by having the person that the group agrees to hire for this position be an employee of the Town of Rosthern and that the Twin Rivers Municipalities cost share the expense of this position on a per capita basis; and  
 that Guylaine Green he hired as the Twin Rivers Administrator with a start date of June 1, 2021 and at a wage of $25 per hour working up to 30 hours per month.
